Book, track and bill.
All in one bahi.
Booking, customer tracking and GST billing software for international courier offices. Month-end invoices for every customer in one click.
Month-end billing shouldn't take your whole weekend.
Most courier offices still keep bookings in registers and build invoices by hand in Excel. ShipBahi does it from the bookings you already made.
Today
- Copying shipments from registers into Excel
- Working out CGST, SGST or IGST for each customer
- Invoice numbers that repeat or skip
- Customers calling to ask "where is my parcel?"
With ShipBahi
- Every booking saved once, with AWB and weights
- The right GST picked from the customer's state
- Invoice numbers in order, every financial year
- Customers track with your AWB number on your own page
Built for how a courier counter works.
No accounting knowledge needed. If your staff can fill a booking slip, they can use ShipBahi.
Book a shipment in under a minute
Your own AWB series is filled in for you, like SC00001. Enter pieces and dimensions, and volumetric and charged weight are worked out.
- Sender, consignee, carrier and forwarder details in one form
- Rate per kg or a fixed amount, plus extra charges
- Find any shipment by AWB, name, country or date
Month-end invoices in one click
Pick a customer and the month. ShipBahi collects their shipments and makes a GST tax invoice PDF with your logo, signature and bank details.
- Same state or other state worked out from the customer's GSTIN
- Taxable and non-taxable charges, like customs paid on behalf
- Mark invoices paid and see who still owes you
Your customers track with your AWB
Every office gets its own tracking page. Share a link on WhatsApp, or add tracking to your website with two lines of code.
- Your company name, not a big carrier's
- Update the status in two taps from the shipment
- Works on Wix, WordPress and any website

Questions
Who is ShipBahi for?
Small courier offices that send parcels abroad through DHL, FedEx, Aramex or a forwarder, and bill their regular business customers every month with GST.
Do I need to install anything?
No. ShipBahi works in any web browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. Just sign up and log in.
How do my customers track their shipments?
Each office gets its own tracking page. Customers enter the AWB number you gave them and see the latest status and history. You can share the page link, or paste two lines of code into your Wix or WordPress site to show a tracking box there.
Can I keep my own AWB and invoice numbers?
Yes. ShipBahi makes an AWB series from your company initials, like SC00001, and you can set the number it starts from so it carries on from your register. Invoice numbers run in order each financial year.
Is my data safe?
Each office has its own login, and your customers and shipments are visible only to your account. You can export all your data to Excel at any time.
What happens after the 30 days?
Early users get founder pricing, a lower price that stays locked in. We'll share the exact price before your trial ends, and you decide then. Your data stays safe either way.
